In Shop Service Rates:

Estimate is $20

(Waived if repairs are performed or new equipment purchases through us)

Half Hour is $40

Hour is $80

Over 1 Hour is rounded to the nearest ½ hr (1 ½ hr = $120)

Outside Service Rates:

In Ottumwa is $80

If service will take less than ½ hr $40

Surrounding Area $80 Call + $80hr Travel & Onsite + $.29 Per Mile both ways

If in area waive the $80 Call & Travel - only charge Onsite & ½ Mileage

Printer Service Rates:

In Shop is subject to the In Shop Service Rates billing above

Outside Service in Ottumwa is $40

Surrounding Area is subject to 2^nd line of Outside Service Rates billing above

Computer Service Rates:

In Shop is subject to the In Shop Service Rates billing above

Network installation is $80 Per Hour
