| There are several different ways to retrieve a copy count from our Sharp copy machines. 1) If you have a newer digital imager with a display screen on it, simply press and hold the key labeled *Copy* and your copy count will display as a full number up to 999,999,999
2) If your machine does not have a key labeled copy, there are a few other ways to get the Copy Count A) Press and hold the *C* key for 5 seconds. Continue to hold as the display will flash either two sets of three numbers or three sets of two numbers. B) Press and hold the *0* key for one second. Continue to hold as the display will flash either two sets of three numbers or three sets of two numbers. C) If you own an older analog copier with a display, press and hold the *Scroll Display* key and your copy count will display as a full number up to 999,999,999 D) If you own a SF-2025 the copy count can only be retrieve through service test commands, call Baileys and a technician will guide you through the procedure to retrieve your count. |
